Venzures is a B2B eCommerce enablement platform designed to support Indian Kirana stores. We provide a digital infrastructure, similar to Shopify, that enables local retailers to set up and manage their own online storefronts. Venzures does not sell or ship physical goods directly. All order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery responsibilities rest with the individual retailers using the Venzures platform.
Venzures acts solely as a technology provider.
Retailers registered on our platform are responsible for managing shipping and delivery operations, including logistics, timelines, packaging, and courier selection.
Kirana store owners can configure their own delivery options, charges, and estimated delivery times within their store settings.

As Venzures is not the seller of products, cancellation of orders must be handled directly between the Kirana store and the buyer.
Each store owner on the Venzures platform defines their own cancellation window and conditions.
Venzures does not process or intervene in order cancellations.
Buyers should refer to the respective store's cancellation policy available on their storefront.
Venzures is not liable for refunds related to product orders. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the individual retailers using the Venzures platform.
Contact the respective Kirana store for any issues related to defective items, incorrect orders, or delivery failures.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed directly by the retailer.
In case of disputes involving platform misuse or fraudulent activity, Venzures may take administrative action against the retailer’s account.
Venzures does not process monetary transactions between buyers and sellers and hence cannot issue refunds.
By using Venzures, both retailers and buyers agree that:

All commercial transactions, including shipping, cancellations, and refunds, are solely the responsibility of the store owners operating on the platform.
