Cancelation Policy

1. Platform Overview

Venzures is a B2B eCommerce platform that enables Indian Kirana stores to build and manage their own online storefronts. Venzures does not sell, stock, or fulfill products directly. All transactions, including order management and cancellations, are handled by the individual Kirana store owners who use our platform.


2. Order Cancellation by Buyers

  • Buyers placing orders through a Kirana store powered by Venzures must follow the specific store's cancellation policy.

  • Each store has its own order cancellation window and terms, which are communicated on the store’s product or checkout pages.

  • Venzures has no authority to accept or reject order cancellations on behalf of any seller.


3. Order Cancellation by Sellers (Kirana Stores)

  • Sellers (store owners) may cancel an order due to reasons such as:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Delivery location outside their service area

    • Pricing or listing errors

  • In such cases, sellers are responsible for notifying the buyer directly and initiating any necessary communication or refunds.


4. Venzures’ Role in Cancellations

  • Venzures is not involved in the cancellation process and does not intervene in buyer-seller disputes regarding order cancellations.

  • Venzures provides the technology platform, but does not control how each seller handles orders.

  • If a seller consistently violates customer trust or platform policies, Venzures reserves the right to suspend or terminate their store access.


5. Platform-Related Cancellations

  • In rare cases where a technical error (e.g. duplicate order, payment glitch) causes an unintended order, users may contact Venzures for investigation.

  • Venzures may assist in coordinating with the relevant store but cannot guarantee resolution, refunds, or cancellations.


6. How to Request a Cancellation

  • Buyers: Contact the respective Kirana store directly via the contact method provided on their storefront.

  • Sellers: Manage all orders, cancellations, and customer communication through the Venzures merchant dashboard.
